As part of its expansion across Saudi Arabia, the company is seeking a Skincare Promoter to represent its skincare brands in Dammam, Eastern Province.

Role Overview

The Skincare Promoter will represent Bonn skincare brands directly at points of sale, including pharmacies, beauty stores, malls, and selected retail locations. This full-time role involves engaging with customers, understanding their skincare needs, recommending suitable products and basic skincare routines, explaining product benefits and usage, and converting interactions into sales. The ideal candidate will combine skincare knowledge, strong communication skills, customer engagement, and retail selling ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers professionally at assigned points of sale.
• Understand customers’ skincare needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Recommend suitable Bonn skincare products and basic skincare routines.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage, and key differentiators clearly.
• Answer customer questions and provide a positive consultation experience.
• Actively promote Bonn skincare products and convert customer interactions into purchases.
• Work toward assigned sales and promotional targets.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store activities.
• Encourage product trial and cross-selling when appropriate.

Product Knowledge and Merchandising

• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned skincare products, common skincare concerns, and basic skincare routines.
• Stay updated on product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and promotional offers.
• Represent Bonn brands professionally and consistently.
• Ensure products are displayed professionally and according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor product availability and report stock shortages when required.
• Maintain an organized and attractive product display.
• Coordinate with store/pharmacy staff when needed.

Reporting and Feedback

• Track sales and customer interactions as required.
• Report customer feedback, frequently asked questions, and common objections.
• Share competitor observations and relevant market feedback.
• Submit regular activity and performance reports.
