Eventive Production, a key player in the events and media production industry, is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to manage our inventory of event materials and technical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of event materials, furniture, and technical equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Issue supplies and materials based on project or team needs.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and security of items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in storekeeping or warehouse management (experience in the event industry is a plus).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel or inventory software).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
- Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift license or knowledge of warehouse equipment handling.
- Familiarity with event-related materials (trusses, lighting, décor, etc.).
