Job Purpose:
As an Assistant Manager, you will ensure that production objectives are met in terms of time, quantity, and quality along with health, safety, and environmental standards. You will oversee multiple processes during shifts, coordinating with various team leaders and departments.

Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Industry knowledge (Oil and Gas), facilities management, manufacturing strategic planning experience, Lean qualifications, and a basic understanding of SAP are advantageous. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and procedures, logistics operations, and quality standards is also required.
Additional Skills:
Strong analytical skills, a commitment to safety and compliance, exceptional organizational capabilities, and proficiency in project management tools are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder interactions.

- Coordinate activities of the Production Team Leaders and other departments.
- Analyze performance to drive improvements in productivity and cost efficiency.
- Maintain the preservation of equipment and cleanliness of production areas.
- Lead continuous improvement programs and encourage best practices.
