AL Field Specialist

About the Role

SLB is seeking an AL Field Specialist to join its team in Dhahran. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. The specialist will identify areas for service improvement, implement standard operating procedures, and manage risks during service execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all job deliverables.
• Execute service delivery operations effectively.
• Participate in job risk analysis and contribute to continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and maintain customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the implementation of CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Engage in Service Quality Meetings with customers and drive performance improvements using action plans.
• Actively participate in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives.
• Adhere to all HSE policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain all necessary safety training certifications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, focusing on field operations and direct customer interaction. The role requires adherence to strict safety and quality protocols in a dynamic service delivery environment.
