About the Role
Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking an Associate Cybersecurity Analyst to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role involves implementing and maintaining the organization’s cybersecurity framework, leveraging working knowledge in relevant technologies and processes to protect sensitive data and ensure business continuity.
Role Purpose
The Associate Cybersecurity Analyst contributes to safeguarding JHAH against malicious disruptions by applying cybersecurity expertise. The position focuses on operational tasks related to IT cybersecurity infrastructure, governance, incident response, and compliance, ensuring robust security measures are in place and adhered to across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, maintain, support, and monitor IT cybersecurity infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus, encryption protocols, intrusion detection systems, access management systems, network monitoring solutions, and security operations center systems.
- Manage cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs, enforcing adherence to established controls, policies, procedures, standards, regulations, frameworks, and incident response plans through assessments, drills, and training.
- Detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents, intrusions, breaches, threats, and vulnerabilities in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure cybersecurity infrastructure complies with best practices, regulatory requirements, enterprise architecture standards, governance programs, and cybersecurity policies.
- Manage engagements with contracted vendors for cybersecurity support, managed services, or professional services to ensure service delivery meets scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Fulfill cybersecurity-related service requests in compliance with relevant organizational policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and process cybersecurity aspects of IT demand requests and support their fulfillment in compliance with relevant policies and procedures and the organization's IT project management framework.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Working knowledge in at least one relevant cybersecurity technology or process.
