We are a leading partner in luxury goods in the Middle East with over 600 stores and 300 brands. As a Senior Makeup Artist, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets by providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high professional standards.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, and services.
  • Communicate with customers to assess their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Inform customers about the most appropriate product ranges for their needs.
  • Track store sales goals and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Participate in achieving sales incentives and monitor goals after new product launches.
  • Ensure proper cleanliness and restocking at the makeup counters.
  • Conduct monthly makeup sessions and maintain merchandising standards as per brand directives.
  • Assist customers with practical makeup applications.

What You’ll Need:
  • Clear understanding of different brands and product uses and benefits.
  • Ability to drive sales and meet the targets set for makeup.
  • Capability to elevate makeup sales during events, promotions, and product launches.
