About the Role

PE Global Healthcare is seeking a Senior Physical Therapy Specialist for a full-time position in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on sports injury rehabilitation and post-surgical care within a leading healthcare organization. The specialist will deliver advanced physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and home-care settings.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide complex therapeutic interventions designed to restore movement, improve physical function, manage pain, and prevent disability for patients with a wide range of illnesses, impairments, and disabilities. The specialist will contribute to high standards of patient care and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced and complex physical therapy interventions to patients.
• Assess, plan, and deliver patient-centred rehabilitation programmes.
• Support and mentor junior and fellow clinical staff to develop clinical reasoning and critical-thinking skills.
• Identify staff development and training needs within the clinical area.
• Evaluate physical therapy equipment, supplies, and resources, providing recommendations to management.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and professional practice.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in physical therapy.
• Demonstrated expertise in sports injury rehabilitation and post-surgical care.
• Ability to deliver complex therapeutic interventions.
