We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Duba. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of professional experience.

Role Summary

The Contracts Manager will contribute to project delivery by performing specialized technical tasks related to land information and surveying. This role involves the operation of surveying equipment and land-information systems, analysis of geographical data, and review of legal records to support various infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and human-made structures on the earth's surface, underground, and underwater, using electronic distance-measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
  • Operate and manage land-information computer systems, performing tasks such as storing data, making inquiries, and producing plots and reports.
  • Review information from survey teams regarding measurement of distances, directions, angles between points, and elevation of points, lines, and contours on, above, and below the earth’s surface.
  • Research legal records, look for evidence of previous boundaries, and analyze the data to determine the location of boundary lines.
  • Record the results of surveys, verify the accuracy of data, and prepare plots, maps, and reports.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope, normally receiving little instruction on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • An experienced professional with a full understanding of the area of specialization.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
