Leading and managing all operational activities on site
Developing and implementing operational strategies, schedules, and cost control
Ensuring the execution of delivery operations, pre-commissioning, and maintaining systems correctly
Clearly defining system boundaries and scopes of work
Continuous coordination with engineering, construction, suppliers, and clients
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all operational documents
Participating in safety reviews and technical meetings and leading them when necessary

Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience in process engineering or operations, preferably in chemical sectors or electrolysis projects
Strong practical experience on project sites with engineering companies or EPC International
Proficiency in English speaking and writing (other languages are an additional advantage)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel or relocate according to project requirements
High awareness of safety and health standards and procedures (HSE)
