The Opportunity: Farm Planner

Almarai is seeking a Farm Planner to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves ensuring the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through effective daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices. The Farm Planner will contribute to maintaining consistent production performance and supporting smooth farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care and monitoring.
• Implement effective farm management practices to optimize flock health and output.
• Maintain consistent production performance by adhering to biosecurity standards.
• Follow established feeding programs and environmental controls to achieve optimal egg or meat output.
• Assist in routine farm tasks including vaccination, record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Poultry Production and Animal Science, or a related major.
• 3-5 years of experience in GP farms or a similar role and field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Understanding of poultry farming, specifically breeding farms.
• Knowledge of brooding, feeding, and egg collection processes.
