The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager (Civil Maintenance Supervisor) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves leading civil projects, overseeing site activities, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and engineering standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and is part of a dynamic multinational team supporting the group's growth plans through aggressive expansion and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, work crews, and contractors.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor quality, progress, and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support for project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within established standards.
• Conduct site inspections and address construction-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in contractor management and technical oversight.
• Ability to coordinate projects and resolve multidisciplinary construction challenges.
