The Role of Farm Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a Farm Supervisor to oversee operations across six GP Farms within the Hail Project. This full-time role is based in Hail, Al Jouf, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring optimal growth and productivity in poultry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise feeding, watering, and vaccination schedules to maintain optimal growth and productivity during rearing and production phases.
• Oversee egg collection, candling, and storage processes in layer operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Agriculture or Poultry Production and Animal Science.
• 4-5 years of experience in poultry farms.
• Alternatively, 2-3 years of experience in poultry farms may be considered.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse nationalities and cultures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of farm operations and production cycles.
• Proficiency in brooding, feeding, and egg collection practices.
• Awareness of how to operate and maintain feeders, drinkers, ventilation systems, and housing structures.
• Capability to maintain accurate logs of production, mortality, feed usage, and labor.
• Strong ability to plan daily routines, manage resources, and coordinate tasks efficiently.
