We are looking for a dedicated Sales Supervisor to manage our team of Salesmen and oversee the Sales & Distribution activities for assigned routes. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that sales and secondary distribution align with our policies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that sales and secondary distribution align with our policies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Assist management in setting sales targets and motivate the sales staff to effectively manage routes and reach targets.
- Market Insights: Gather and maintain information on sales channels and competitor activities to strategize effectively.
- Replenishment Targets: Ensure sales staff executes the company’s replenishment program and maintain product availability.
- Key Accounts: Manage agreements with Modern Trade/Wholesale customers and maintain strong business relations.
- Journey Planning: Optimize daily planning for salesmen to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Shelf Life Monitoring: Ensure proper monitoring of product shelf life at points of sale and manage product rotation.
- New Customer Development: Organize sales approaches to new clients to increase sales.
- Credit Management: Implement credit policies and manage collections in the area.
- Asset Maintenance: Ensure maintenance of company assets and initiate necessary repairs.
- People Management: Manage team personnel in line with HR policies and provide necessary training.
- Administration: Ensure accurate data entry and reporting according to company guidelines.
- Daily Endorsements: Lead performance reviews with each Salesman to identify opportunities.
- Company Representation: Ensure cleanliness and compliance with uniform standards for professional appearance.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in English with clear communication skills.
- 5 years of total experience, including 2 years in FMCG.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for daily tasks.
- Openness to travel for long distances.
- Bachelor’s degree as minimum educational requirement.
- Strong commercial aptitude and leadership skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
