About the Role: Team Leader

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader for a full-time position in Hail. This role involves organizing and assisting the assigned shift to ensure production plans are executed within the agreed time schedule, defined quality standards, and budgetary controls. The Team Leader will also be responsible for controlling and motivating staff to operate efficiently while adhering to defined safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and support the assigned production shift.
• Ensure the execution of production plans within specified timelines.
• Maintain defined quality standards throughout the production process.
• Adhere to budgetary controls for production operations.
• Control and motivate staff to achieve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with defined safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory position within a poultry or food environment.
• Working knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000.
• Previous experience with ISO standards.
• Work experience in a poultry plant.
• Exposure to hygiene standards.
