Team Manager

About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager for its Poultry Rendering Plant Operations in Hail. This full-time role involves overseeing the implementation and monitoring of processes, managing routine operations, and maintaining all rendering equipment and systems. The Team Manager will also be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and allocating resources effectively to ensure optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor operational processes within the Poultry Rendering Plant.
• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all rendering equipment and systems.
• Organize, coordinate, and allocate resources efficiently to support plant activities.
• Ensure the production of uniform final products from raw materials received.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rendering production, process design, and the operation and maintenance of rendering plants and equipment within the Meat, Poultry, or Fish industry.
• Experience with Boiler and Thermal Oxidizer systems.

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of troubleshooting Rendering Plant processes and operations.
• Strong experience with various equipment and products produced in a rendering plant, utilizing raw materials from poultry processing plants.
• Demonstrated self-confidence and strong decision-making abilities.
• Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and operations.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
