Join Air Products as an Administration Assistant!

We are looking for a dedicated Administration Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Project Delivery teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Director, Project Managers, and Site Engineers with multifaceted support.
  • Coordinate with JIGPC entities to ensure project activities are executed according to schedule.
  • Prepare Services PR, Material Requisitions, and maintain material codes.
  • Process routine documents including timesheets, travel requests, and leave requests.
  • Coordinate security liaison for gate passes and staff IDs.
  • Arrange site or online meetings as requested.
  • Participate in team event planning.
  • Occasionally escort visitors and VIPs on site visits.

Requirements:
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP and document control platforms.
  • Knowledge in Absher and Muqeem platforms is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Background in Sharepoint management is a plus.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.

Salary: Starting from 4000 SR per month, negotiable based on interview and employment contract.
