Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales plan for the year targeting specific clients, projects, and products.
  • Conduct sales and site visits to generate inquiries and collect project specifications and drawings.
  • Present products and submit quotations along with technical data.
  • Convert inquiries into purchase orders and manage receivables collection.
  • Prepare detailed job orders for the workshop and coordinate with the sales coordinator.
  • Ensure all documentation is submitted to the sales coordinator/document controller.
  • Be present at the site/store for material inspections when required.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and submit weekly sales visit reports.
  • Conduct market studies and share data on future and ongoing projects with superiors.
  • Provide suggestions to improve and enhance business growth.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the products and services offered.
  • Ability to handle pressure and difficult situations with flexibility.
  • High motivation and enthusiasm for sales-oriented work.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
