Join Modern Mills as a Van Salesman and be a key player in our team!In this role, you will:
- Drive the company van to deliver products on scheduled routes, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.
- Load and unload products carefully, ensuring they reach customers in good condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance on the vehicle, reporting any mechanical or safety issues.
- Assist customers with product stocking, ensuring shelves are well-organized and products are properly displayed.
- Collect and confirm customer orders, ensuring correct product quantities are delivered.
- Process basic transactions, including cash or card payments, and provide accurate receipts to customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, responding to their needs and escalating issues when necessary.
- Report daily delivery activities and sales progress to the supervisor, including any customer feedback or challenges faced.
- Monitor and manage stock levels in the van, ensuring products are available for delivery as per customer requirements.
- Assist in promotional activities by informing customers about new products or special offers during deliveries.
- Keep records of deliveries, payments, and any returns or exchanges, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies during driving and product handling.
- Proactively identify potential sales opportunities with existing customers.
Minimum qualifications include a High School Certificate and up to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
