We are seeking an experienced Supermarkets Operations Manager to oversee the growth and efficiency of our supermarket located in Jizan. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Research and evaluate potential suppliers; negotiate favorable contracts; develop strong supplier relationships.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels; implement demand forecasting techniques; establish stock rotation policies.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations for efficiency; conduct process evaluations; integrate technology solutions.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and train staff; foster a collaborative work environment; provide development opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in supermarket operations, strong leadership skills, expertise in inventory management, and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of market trends in the FMCG sector is essential. Proficiency in Arabic, English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required for communication with a diverse customer base.
