About the Role
As a Housekeeping Order Taker at Grand Millennium Gizan Hotel, you play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the Housekeeping Office. Your primary responsibility will be to manage administrative tasks efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard, record, and manage all keys and documents within the Housekeeping Office.
  • Organize and file daily activity reports efficiently.
  • Promptly answer phone calls, adhering to established telephone etiquette.
  • Record all incoming calls and ensure proper dissemination of messages.
  • Manage Lost & Found matters, including receiving and storing items.
  • Update and maintain housekeeping files for accuracy.
  • Generate and print reports for room discrepancies for Finance and Front Office.
  • Coordinate babysitting services for guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Housekeeping Office.
  • Regularly clear outdated reports monthly, following hotel standards.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures.
