In this vital role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets through effective management of the sales team.
  • Achieve growth and sales targets by managing the sales team effectively.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive unit and gross-profit plans.
  • Coach and motivate the sales force to meet professional standards and reach sales objectives.
  • Design strategic business plans for expanding the customer base.
  • Recruit, set objectives, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Build strong customer relationships to understand their needs.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports to management.
  • Stay updated on emerging markets, trends, and competition.
  • Analyze sales trends and results to provide insights.
Qualifications:
  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent mentoring and people management abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement through education.
