- Job Title:
Direct Sales Representative - Truck and Bus Spare Parts
- Job Purpose:
To execute direct sales operations for truck and bus spare parts through regular field visits, building strong relationships with customers, expanding the market base in the specified cities, focusing on achieving sales targets and increasing revenues.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular field visits to current and potential customers (workshops, transport companies, distributors, government entities).
2. Promote the company's spare parts products and explain their advantages and benefits to customers.
3. Receive orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure execution and product availability.
4. Prepare price quotes and negotiate with customers within the company's policies.
5. Follow up on payment collections and ensure receipt on the agreed dates.
6. Look for new customers and expand the customer base in the region.
7. Provide regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
8. Cooperate with other departments to solve any issues facing customers.
9. Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Required Skills and Competencies:
Technical knowledge of products:
• Good understanding of truck and bus spare parts (especially MAN, Mercedes, Volvo, etc.).
• Ability to use spare parts catalogs and ERP systems or sales management systems.
Sales and Communication Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-confidence and ability to deal with customers professionally.
Organizational and Reporting Skills:
• Effectively manage time and organize visit schedules.
• Prepare accurate and clear sales reports.
- Personal Traits:
• Integrity, accountability, and striving for results.
• Self-motivation and desire to succeed.
• Proper appearance and attention to customer satisfaction.
- Basic Requirements:
• Own a personal car.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel between cities and provinces as required by the job.
- Benefits:
• Salary is primarily based on commissions linked to achieving sales.
