Responsibilities
  • Sell the full range of PepsiCo products to an agreed list of customers.
  • Ensure stales are minimized by following operational procedures.
  • Provide high levels of customer service and maintain a clean and roadworthy sales vehicle.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
  • Implement agreed in-store merchandising standards and gather market information.
  • Maintain individual customer stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations.
  • Perform daily financial reconciliations, ensuring zero stock and cash shortages.

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Job Purpose

  • Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintaining sales vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
  • Agree on next selling period’s order requirements daily.
  • Maintain individual customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Implement agreed in-store merchandising and coordinate with merchandisers when applicable.
  • Report competitor activities to the supervisor during daily meetings.
  • Ensure daily reconciliation of all sales transactions, maintaining zero stock and cash shortages.
