Job Purpose
As part of the sales team, the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high customer service levels. This role involves following operational procedures to ensure standards across KSA. Daily debriefs with a supervisor on market information and potential sales opportunities are also required.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Sell the full range of products to assigned customers aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain standard service levels as approved by the supervisor, ensuring customer satisfaction through planned visits and monitoring call frequency.
  • Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintaining sales vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
  • Agree on next selling period’s order requirements daily.
  • Maintain individual customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Implement agreed in-store merchandising and coordinate with merchandisers when applicable.
  • Report competitor activities to the supervisor during daily meetings.
  • Ensure daily reconciliation of all sales transactions, maintaining zero stock and cash shortages.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
