Position Summary
As a Warehouse Officer, you will oversee the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the efficiency of operations in collaboration with Maintenance and Production teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive safety and environmental standards through adherence to safe work practices.
- Follow warehousing processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage stock holdings and control inventory securely and efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy in recording all inventory movements and maintain alignment with electronic management systems.
- Handle hazardous materials according to established safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to solve problems and meet customer needs.

Skills Required
- Proficiency in computerized stock control systems (SAP).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Training in hazardous materials handling.

Education and Experience
- Minimum Diploma completion.
- 3+ years of experience in chemical/refinery/gas maintenance or similar.
- 5+ years of material handling experience.

  • License/operating certificate for mobile equipment is preferred.

  • 35 years of supervisory experience.
