Job Title: Customer Service Representative


Job Description:

We are looking for an outstanding Customer Service Representative to communicate and interact effectively with customers, whether via phone calls or through messaging applications like WhatsApp. The employee will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries within a specified time not exceeding 5 minutes, ensuring high-quality service and achieving customer satisfaction. 6. Provide daily reports on converted clients and the level of interaction with them.

7. Maintain a professional demeanor in all conversations and communications with customers.

8. Work on improving customer experience and contribute to enhancing their satisfaction with the service.


Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma at a minimum.

2. Previous experience in customer service (considered an additional advantage).

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Proficiency in using messaging applications like WhatsApp and customer management programs.

5. Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a short time.

6. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

7. Proficiency in Arabic, with a good level of English preferred.
