Job responsibilities: 1- Welcoming company clients and explaining the company's services. 2- Responding to client inquiries while the client is in the company or via phone, email, or social media platforms. 3- Opening accounts for clients at all company branches. 4- Regularly updating client information and communicating with clients to complete data updates. 5- Reviewing client data and completing any deficiencies in account openings. 6- Archiving client files and organizing the archive for easy access. 7- Marketing the company's services and attracting new clients. 8- Verifying client data for account openings. 9- Preparing periodic reports on customer service, new accounts, and closed accounts. 10 - Performing any other tasks related to their job responsibilities that may be required.
