Job Description:

We are looking for a professional chef to work full-time in Jeddah, specialized in Eastern or international cuisine, with extensive experience in preparing dishes at a high level of quality.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting dishes of Eastern or international cuisine according to the highest quality standards.

• Developing an innovative menu that suits customers' tastes and enhances the dining experience.

• Managing and organizing the kitchen team, including assistants and cooks to ensure workflow efficiency.

• Supervising hygiene, health, and safety standards within the kitchen.

• Monitoring ingredient quality and ensuring efficient usage to achieve the highest cooking standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen operations smoothly.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Experience of no less than [25] years in cooking in restaurants or hotels.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage the kitchen team.

• Creativity and intelligence in developing recipes and menus in line with market requirements.

• Good knowledge of food health and safety systems.
