Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective management of project aspects for large projects.
  • Handle all cost engineering functions including budget preparation, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Track, update, and monitor cost control aligned with contractual procedures.
  • Preparation of monthly invoices to clients according to contract requirements.
  • Facilitate the development of the work breakdown structure and maintain payment ledgers.
  • Support Project Managers with budget updates and cost forecasts.
  • Conduct data analysis and create presentations demonstrating cost statuses.

Required Skills:
  • Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and various Project Controls software.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred certifications: CEP, MCIOB, MCIArab.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
