Join Hill International as a Senior Cost Control Engineer (E2)

This role is vital for developing and implementing cost control strategies to ensure effective financial management within our organization. As a Senior Cost Control Engineer, you will monitor financial data, prepare reports, and coordinate with project managers to maintain project cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with project managers to track and control project costs.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial records and procedures.
  • Train and mentor cost control staff on procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate on cost reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost control and financial analysis.
  • Provide guidance to the finance team on cost control matters.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of project cost management.
  • Strong ability to present budgeting plans to senior management.
  • Proficient in negotiation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
