Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and defining performance and quality indicators and standards in customer service. You will play an active role in developing programs aimed at improving the quality and professionalism of customer service systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialized studies and analyses to determine key performance indicators in coordination with the quality management department.
- Participate in updating customer service procedures and guides to ensure that requests and inquiries are received efficiently.
- Develop innovative programs to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
- Analyze information to determine strengths and weaknesses and prepare documents and reports related to customer service.
Qualifications:
At least a high school diploma. Advanced experience in customer service.
Languages:
Advanced level of Arabic.
