We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to enhance customer experiences at تطبيق خفي Khafy App. Our mobile application specializes in Customer Experience, focusing on Mystery Shopping and Inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to customers, ensuring a smooth experience with our application
  • Assist customers by answering their questions and solving their problems
  • Upsell products or services by understanding customer needs
  • Manage back-office tasks such as updating records and processing customer requests
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collect and share feedback to improve our service

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably with online products or applications
  • Fluency in Arabic and good proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software
