Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and online chats.
  • Identify customer needs and strive for one-contact resolution.
  • Utilize provided scripts for sales or customer support.
  • Act on feedback to improve call times.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Meet individual and team targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of experience in a call center or related role.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is desirable.
