- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to customers, ensuring a smooth experience with our application.
- Answer customer questions and solve their problems efficiently.
- Upsell products or services by understanding customer needs.
- Manage back-office work including updating records and handling customer requests.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect and share feedback to improve our service offerings.
- Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably for online products or applications.
- Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience using CRM tools and basic office software.
