  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to customers, ensuring a smooth experience with our application.
  • Answer customer questions and solve their problems efficiently.
  • Upsell products or services by understanding customer needs.
  • Manage back-office work including updating records and handling customer requests.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and share feedback to improve our service offerings.
  • Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably for online products or applications.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience using CRM tools and basic office software.
