Role Overview:
The Call Center Agent will be responsible for:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and providing product information.
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Following up on customer requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly.
  • Document all call information accurately in the system.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Meet performance targets related to call quality and productivity.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
