Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager by organizing their schedule, including appointments and meetings, while providing timely reminders.
- Manage incoming correspondence (both paper and email), distributing it by priority and ensuring effective communication.
- Prepare and edit official documents and correspondence related to the office.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, invitations, and ensure all logistics are handled.
- Document minutes of meetings and follow up on actionable items.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the accuracy and organization of office files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional certificate in secretarial work or office management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
