Join Hilton as a Finance Manager!
As a leading global hospitality company, Hilton is dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences. We are looking for a Finance Manager to support our finance leader and ensure excellence in our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive financial performance and manage all finance activities within the policy and regulatory framework.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including General Manager and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with management agreements and report any issues to your supervising manager.
  • Analyze complex financial information and create reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • Support development programs for hotel finance teams.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
