We at Rida Food Services Company are looking for a talented chef to join our team. You will be responsible for receiving, preparing, and cooking various foods in hotels, restaurants, and clubs. We will also ensure a professional and supportive work environment that provides opportunities to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving raw materials and preparing, cooking meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables to create dishes.
  • Preparing soups, salads, and both cold and hot appetizers.
  • Boiling and cooking Eastern foods.
  • Preparing and presenting dishes after they are cooked in suitable containers.
  • Supervising the cleaning of cooking tools and maintaining health and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Service.
  • High school diploma.

Required Skills:
  • Cooking fundamentals - advanced.
  • Cooking dietary foods - advanced.
  • Supervision - advanced.
  • Cooking meat dishes - advanced.
  • Health and safety - advanced.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
