In this pivotal role as a Team Lead, you will oversee shift execution and engage your team within the Fulfillment Centre. Collaborating closely with your manager and line operators, your focus will be on ensuring the department performs according to plan while consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a strong safety culture by identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled adhering to quality guidelines.
• Provide timely critical shift-related information to management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation based on real-time shift needs.
• Proactively address barriers affecting shift performance.
• Collaborate with support functions to maintain process area readiness and safety.
• Engage directly in operations tasks to support order fulfillment.
• Deliver coaching and feedback to line operators regarding productivity and quality.
• Develop expertise in all operations processes within your department.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12-hour shifts.
• Commitment to work 40 hours/week, with potential overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Lean methodology.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and potential issues.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.
• Proactive in problem-solving and capable of adapting in a fast-paced environment.
