We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Hilton Suites Makkah. This role is essential in supporting our Human Resources Department through effective communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and connect them to the appropriate Human Resources Official manager.
  • Greet all incoming guests into the Human Resources Office.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and faxes to the department.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  • Complete daily administrative checklists.
  • Use the intercom/voicemail system to announce appointments and calls.

  • Able to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of quality and safety standards in the healthcare sector (a plus).
