Join Our Team as an HR Officer!
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team in Jeddah. This role is exclusively for Saudi national females, in line with local regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:
  • Saudi national female as per local regulations.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
