Job Description:
Implement procedures, systems, and forms related to monitoring employees' attendance, and contribute to and supervise the application of sick and emergency leave policies and procedures. Update employee information and handle their complaints and inquiries professionally, as well as prepare documents and reports related to human resources operations.

Implement procedures, systems, and forms related to monitoring employees' attendance, and contribute to and supervise the application of sick and emergency leave policies and procedures. Update employee information and handle their complaints and inquiries professionally, as well as prepare documents and reports related to human resources operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement procedures and forms related to monitoring branch employees' attendance and leave.
- Apply annual, sick, and other leave policies and procedures.
- Handle employee complaints and inquiries and escalate them to the department manager.
- Update and document employee-related information.
- Prepare specialized documents and reports and present them.
