Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and handling hiring procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, official leave, and emergency leave.
- Prepare and continuously update employee files and data.
- Manage payroll, incentives, social benefits, and insurance according to approved policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with local laws.
- Organize regular employee performance evaluations and submit training recommendations.
- Identify training needs and implement internal or external development programs for employees.
- Address employee complaints and disputes to ensure a fair and safe work environment.
- Support initiatives to improve work conditions and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with government labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
