About the Job:
The position of Human Resources Specialist at Almaskn Alwafi involves implementing and monitoring all HR activities to support a productive work environment while adhering to internal policies and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and handling hiring procedures.
  • Monitor employee attendance, official leave, and emergency leave.
  • Prepare and continuously update employee files and data.
  • Manage payroll, incentives, social benefits, and insurance according to approved policies.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with local laws.
  • Organize regular employee performance evaluations and submit training recommendations.
  • Identify training needs and implement internal or external development programs for employees.
  • Address employee complaints and disputes to ensure a fair and safe work environment.
  • Support initiatives to improve work conditions and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure full compliance with government labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the same field.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
