Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with approved labor regulations.
  • Manage recruitment processes from job postings to interview follow-ups.
  • Oversee the hiring, orientation, and training procedures for new employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance and compliance, and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Supervise payroll and benefits to ensure compliance with labor regulations and social insurance.
  • Support a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction by managing complaints and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Develop motivation and training programs to ensure team performance improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor and social insurance regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various personalities.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and related systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
