A specialist in human resources operations is required to work in a leading company, with no less than 3 years of experience in the field of human resources and holding a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or its equivalent. The candidate must be able to work within a team and under pressure, with proficiency in both Arabic and English and a good command of Microsoft Office programs. Key responsibilities include: • Managing recruitment processes and hiring procedures • Following up on employee affairs and updating their files • Preparing and implementing human resources policies and procedures • Managing payroll, benefits, and insurance systems • Organizing and implementing training and development programs • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources performance • Participating in the evaluation of employee performance and career development • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and related regulations, with familiarity in working on relevant government websites.
