Join our team as a Human Resources and Government Relations Officer!
The Intelligent Technologies and Resources Company in Jeddah is looking for a Human Resources and Government Relations Officer to lead and improve our work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing the labor system and preserving the rights of the company and employees.
  • Periodically assessing employee satisfaction with the work environment.
  • Periodically evaluating employee performance according to company policies.
  • Monitoring employees' compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures and taking necessary actions.
  • Creating job advertisements, screening, selecting, and hiring applicants.
  • Working on a bridge program for human resources.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in the use of computers.
  • Complete knowledge of the Saudi labor system.
  • The ability to monitor and guide employees and increase productivity.
The ideal candidate: You should have 3 to 10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or a higher diploma.
