This role is critical in attracting top talent and implementing effective employee relations activities. You will play a key role in enhancing employee experiences while reporting directly to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out personnel affairs’ duties and ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Collect and assess manpower requirements to efficiently fill vacancies through Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain accurate employee files and records, ensuring all required documents are included.
• Implement and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in planning and implementing training and development initiatives.
• Support the implementation of the performance management system.
• Handle employee complaints and violations, facilitating conflict resolution.
• Prepare analyses, statistics, and necessary reports concerning employees.
• Participate in organizational development projects related to HR.

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and report generation.
• Knowledge of call center operations and best practices.
• Familiarity with SAP/Oracle software.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
