Join a Leading Pharmaceutical Company as an HR Business Partner!

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an HR Business Partner for their team in Jeddah. This role is pivotal in shaping the HR strategy and ensuring alignment with the business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with the assigned function to achieve current and future business strategies from an HR perspective.
  • Identifying and developing talent across the business in support of leadership objectives.
  • Implementing effective HR strategies and practices in performance management, talent management, training, and recruitment.
  • Communicating and applying new HR projects and initiatives to employees and managers.
  • Overseeing employee relations to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Providing support and defining guidelines for human resources operations in the region.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Manufacturing experience is a must.
  • General knowledge and experience in HR with an emphasis on talent acquisition and employee development.
  • Strong business acumen and tactical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
