About the Role: The HR Specialist at ALESAYI HOLDING plays a pivotal role in supporting various human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This position is essential for developing and implementing HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Manage performance management initiatives and employee queries.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Work alongside department heads to address staffing and operational needs.
  • Promote employee engagement and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR business partnering, operations, and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to deliver HR solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR software (SAP, Workday, etc.).
