In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and maintaining CX dashboards and analytics tools. You will ensure data integrity and real-time reporting for key CX metrics, providing technical support for SAP-related tasks within the CX scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain CX Dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and real-time reporting for key CX metrics.
  • Provide technical support for SAP-related tasks within the CX scope.
  • Support the team in leveraging cloud analytics and digital tools.
  • Liaise with IT and Data Management teams for system integration and improvements.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining CX dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Strong ability to ensure data integrity and real-time reporting for key CX metrics.
  • Experience in providing technical support for SAP-related tasks within the CX scope.
  • Familiarity with cloud analytics and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with IT and Data Management teams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong command of SAP systems, data analytics, and BI tools.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
